Processing Time: Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days. A tracking number will be uploaded once the shipment has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties: Please note that import taxes or customs duties are not included in the shipping cost. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Unaccepted Deliveries: If a shipment is refused by the customer or not accepted upon delivery, we will not be responsible for refunds or reshipments under any circumstances.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please send us photo evidence to hello@beautybuddy.co so we can investigate and assist you further.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please send us clear photo evidence to hello@beautybuddy.co within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and assist with a return or replacement if appropriate.
Order Cancellation: Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, we are unable to cancel or modify your order as it may have already been processed and packed for shipment.
