It's time to let go. HOW TO USE • Lightly spritz 2-3 times onto your pillow, pillowcase, bedding, or sheets about 5-10 minutes before sleeping.

Let the mist disperse for a moment so the fragrance gradually rises, preparing you for calm, relaxing sleep • Avoid spraying and going straight to bed, so the scent doesn't hit your nose too sharply or feel overpowering • Avoid concentrating the spray on a single spot or repeatedly in the center of the pillow.

We recommend lightly misting around the edges of the pillow, the sheets near your head, or the air around the bed.
