The pairing is perfectly balanced: spring-harvested green tea and premium jasmine flowers are steamed together and blended from the earliest stages of production right through to drying.

The result is a tea whose flavour and aroma are in complete harmony — round, mellow and beautifully sweet-scented. The Bi Luo Chun green tea is harvested in April, and the jasmine flowers are picked in May.

Ingredients: Green tea, Jasmine flowers Brewing instructions: Brew 5 g of tea leaves in 100 ml of 60 C water. Pour the hot water into the teapot and steep for 30 to 45 seconds.
