They can be used both for inhalation and for the skin, e.g. diffusing essential oil with an oil burner, dropping essential oil onto tissue paper or the pillow, mixing a few drops of essential oil with massage oil, or any other applications as desired.

diffusing essential oil with an oil burner, dropping essential oil onto tissue paper or the pillow, mixing a few drops of essential oil with massage oil, or any other applications as desired HOW TO USE • Directly Inhalation: Drop around 1-2 drops of essential oil onto a cotton ball, a handkerchief, tissue paper, a collar, or a pillow to relish its aroma • Steam Inhalation: Drop 4-5 drops of your chosen essential oil into hot water, then cover your head with a towel and breathe through the nose.

Keep your eyes closed • Aromatic Oil Burner: Drop 8-15 drops of essential oil into the water in the burner and heat the water. For the best diffusion effect, ensure the water temperature is around 50-55 °C.

Too high a water temperature will make the oil evaporate too rapidly • Sauna: Drop 10-15 drops of essential oil into the water and stir to blend the mixture.

Pour the water onto the sauna stone to diffuse the aroma. Relax in the sauna and let the scented steam settle around you • Hot/Cold Compression: Drop 10-15 drops of essential oil into the hot/cold water.

Soak the towel in the water and lightly squeeze it. Place the towel in the desirable area and rest for a comforting, aromatic moment, warm or cool as you prefer • Bath: Drop 15-20 drops of essential oil into the warm water in the bathtub and stir well.
